01 Who the site is for

The site is intended for businesses and organizations, and for people aged 18 and over. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to act for it.

02 What the site offers

Information about KAIONE’s services, case studies, demos with mock data, a contact form, and an AI agent that answers in text and by voice and passes on meeting requests.

03 The AI agent

• The agent is artificial intelligence, not a person.
• Its answers may be wrong or incomplete.
• Its answers are not legal, financial, regulatory or security advice.
• Nothing the agent says binds us, including prices, timelines and commitments.
• Conversations are recorded and summarized as described in the privacy policy.

04 Acceptable use

You may not use the site or the agent to:

• Try to bypass or manipulate the agent’s instructions (prompt injection or jailbreaking).
• Scrape, overload or attack the site.
• Submit sensitive or confidential personal data about others.
• Impersonate anyone or do anything unlawful.

We may limit or block use that breaks these terms.

05 Estimates and proposals

Any price estimate on the site or from the agent is non-binding. A binding engagement exists only under a signed agreement. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

06 Intellectual property

All site content, including text, design, code, demos, videos and images, belongs to KAIONE or its licensors. Don’t copy or publish it without written permission. Client logos are shown with their permission.

07 Information you give us

When you send us information, by form or in conversation, you confirm you may share it and allow us to process it to answer you, as described in the privacy policy.

08 Liability

The site and the agent are provided as is. We work to keep the information correct and available but do not guarantee it is complete, accurate or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

09 Third-party links and services

The site may link to other sites and services, such as WhatsApp and social networks. Their own terms apply.

10 Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on the site before they take effect.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, without depriving you of protections the law of your country of residence gives you.
