Accessibility statement
KAIONE is committed to serving everyone equally and makes this site accessible under Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act, 1998, and the Service Accessibility Regulations, 2013.
Draft for legal review. This wording is not final.
01 Conformance
The site is built to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568 part 1 (September 2023), which is based on WCAG 2.0, at level AA.
02 What we did
- The whole site works with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus.
- Headings, labelled fields and alternative text that work with screen readers.
- Sufficient colour contrast in light and dark mode.
- Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
- The site respects your device’s reduced-motion setting; the scroll video on the home page then shows as still images.
- Everything the scroll video shows also appears as text.
- The agent and the voice call have live captions, and everything you can do by voice you can also do in writing.
- Correct reading direction in Hebrew and English.
04 Known limitations
The scroll video on the home page and the agent’s animated figure are decorative and are not read by screen readers. All the information they show is in the text. If you find something that isn’t accessible, please tell us.
05 Third-party content
Third-party components such as WhatsApp follow their provider’s accessibility level.
06 Accessible service
We have no office that receives visitors. Meetings take place by video call or at the client’s premises, and we are glad to adapt them to your needs.
